The problem in this scenario is that the links were poor quality. When acquiring links you must consider domain authority, pagerank, and alexa rank.

Don’t Bid on the Wrong Keywords

PPC can be a huge waste of money if you are bidding on the wrongs keywords. Make sure your keyword strategy is clear and practical. You don’t want to be paying for clicks on an ad that lead nowhere. Your ad needs to relevant to the product or service that you offer and to the ideal customer.

Be Hands On

Putting your SEO campaign on hold can be a huge mistake. It’s easy feel like you’ve made some optimizations and now you can kick back watch the web traffic pour in. Your SEO needs to be constantly monitored and optimized for you to get the results you want.

Also, blogs provide your clients with useful content for their benefit. Don;t be afraid to respond to comment left on your site. Doing so can build a rich and thriving community around and within your website.
